Episode 2: Remodeling for Resale

Scheduled to Air in November on Sundays at 6:30pm and Wednesdays at 1:30pm. This Episode looks into our area's real estate market conditions and views some properties that are currently on the market which have great potential with very simple modifications [such as paint colors] We'll take a look at a few properties and discuss "Buyer Appeal" with the realtors.

Episode 3: Curb Appeal + Authenticating Architectural Style

We are going to transform the exterior of this residence by complimenting the existing Mediterranean/Spanish style architecture with more details; change out the driveway material and renovate the interior courtyard space to create an outdoor space that the owners will use instead of just passing thru on their way to the front entry. We are also going to re-landscape the yard areas to create a more cohesive appearance and appeal to the home.

Episode 4: Kitchen & Bath Remodel

Homeowner hires local professionals to transform their former rental property into a personal retreat by updating all of the interior finishes including Kitchen cabinetry, Bathroom cabinetry, flooring, countertops, lighting, hardware and paint. Episode 6: Bathroom Remodel + More

We're upgrading finishes and the style of a recently purchased residence. Not only are we remodeling both bathrooms, but we're adding finishing touches to the Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Master Bedroom and converting a 3rd Garage into an Exercise Room/Guest Room; We are also installing new lighting, new window treatments.

Game Room Remodel

Follow the progress as we transform the Kid's Game Room to a family Entertainment Space. Many challenges faced the layout/design of the room, including the shape of the room, and existing lighting conditions.
